Vedas were revealed at the beginning of creation to meditating seers; Eiihis, who were in a super conscious state of mind. Yogis, being virtuous and pure, have already experienced the presence of God in their hearts and minds. These Yogis were able to perceive the Vedas. The Vedas are Apaurusheya/not manmade.
